- No, the USPS does not deliver to our neighborhood. There has been discussion of adding a "Cluster Box" near the entrance.
Are we located in Linville or Newland?
- Physical location is Newland per Avery County.
- We are in the Newland Fire district and border the Linville Volunteer Fire District.
How can I pay my 2025 POA Dues?
- Mail a check to Linville Heights POA PO Box 507 Linville, NC 28646. Zelle is an option beginning in 2024. Zelle information can be found on your invoice.
